Refund Policy

1. Overview

Dropia.ai subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing and is responsible for processing refund requests in accordance with this policy.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all first-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. No questions asked.

To request a refund, contact us at info@dropia.ai with your account email and order details. We will process the refund through Paddle within 5–10 business days.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. We do not offer refunds for renewal charges if you forgot to cancel before the renewal date. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion for documented technical issues that prevented cancellation.

4. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by applicable law.

5. Eligibility

Refunds may be declined if:

  • The 14-day period has passed
  • A refund has already been issued for the same account previously
  • We detect abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchase-refund cycles)
  • The account has been terminated for violating our Terms of Service

6. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to info@dropia.ai with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your Paddle order ID (found in your receipt email)
  • Reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
We will respond within 2 business days and initiate the refund if eligible. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
