Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dropia.ai ("Service"), operated by Marko Komadinić ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dropia.ai is an AI-powered tool that helps dropshippers analyze product images, generate market research, ad copy, product descriptions, and creative assets. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@dropia.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. All billing, invoicing, and payment processing is handled by Paddle. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your payment information.

6. Subscription and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

7. Refunds

Our refund policy is described in our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed through Paddle.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts to access the Service in an abusive manner
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

9. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content (text, images, analysis). AI-generated content is provided for informational and marketing purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using any generated content.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its design, code, and underlying AI models.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marko Komadinić shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Serbia.
