Data deletion

You can delete your data in two ways.

• Yourself, immediately: sign in, open Account > Delete account and type your email address to confirm. Deletion is irreversible and runs immediately. If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it first — otherwise billing would continue.
• By email: send a request from the address linked to your account to info@dropia.ai with the subject "Data deletion". We carry out the request within 30 days; we may ask you to confirm the account is yours.

• the account and sign-in data (email, name, country, language, proof of acceptance of the Terms);
• saved analyses and saved products, market research history and campaign analyses;
• creatives, Studio images, video and voice recordings, and uploaded files;
• connections to social networks and the ad account (accounts are disconnected and access tokens deleted);
• credits and credit history.

• Payment records: Polar is the seller and invoice issuer and keeps payment data as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• Backups: deleted data may remain in database backups until their usual cycle ends; they are not used for operation.
• Email fingerprint: we keep only a one-way fingerprint (hash) of the email address for 24 months after the account is deleted, solely to prevent reuse of free credits (legitimate interest). The address cannot be read from the fingerprint and nothing else about you is kept.
• Third-party data: what is already on a Meta or TikTok account (campaigns, posts) is not deleted by Dropia. We do not pause running ads — pause them yourself in Meta Ads Manager before deleting the account.

If you connected a Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or TikTok account, deleting your Dropia account removes our connection and tokens. You can also revoke access in the apps and integrations settings on the platform itself.

You can also send a deletion request for data tied to these platforms to info@dropia.ai.
