Terms of Service

Dropia.ai (https://www.dropia.ai) is an AI platform for product analysis, ad creative production and market research. For any information about the service provider and data processing, email us at info@dropia.ai — we reply promptly.

By creating an account, using the service or ticking the consent box when registering you accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

You may use the service only if you are at least 18 years old.

• Product analysis: AI recognises a product from an image and gives a price estimate, a trend estimate and an advertising strategy.
• AI content and market research: ad copy, descriptions, market overview and examples of public ads.
• AI creative, Studio and video: generation of ad images, product photos, video and voice.
• Ads and integrations: connecting an ad account and social networks, preparing and launching ads with your review and confirmation.
• Credits: AI features are paid with credits, as described in section 5.

• You provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use at info@dropia.ai.
• The account is personal; you may not share it or resell access to the service.

The seller and invoice issuer for the subscription and credit packs is Polar (Merchant of Record). Payment, taxes and invoices go through Polar, which is responsible for payment data under its own terms and privacy policy. Prices are in euros.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

• Free: 15 credits once, as a gift on registration. They do not renew monthly.
• Pro (€49/month): 300 credits per month. Monthly credits are valid until the next renewal, when the monthly balance is set back to 300 — unused monthly credits do not carry over.
• Credit packs: 50 (10 €), 150 (25 €), 400 (60 €). Purchased credits never expire.

The number of credits a feature costs is shown in the app before use and may change for future use. Credits cannot be exchanged for money.

Refund conditions are described in the Refund Policy. Send requests to info@dropia.ai.

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, harmful or deceptive purposes;
• upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties;
• circumvent credit limits, rate limits or other technical measures;
• use bots or scripts in a way that burdens the service;
• attempt to reverse engineer the service or the AI models it relies on.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

• AI content (analyses, text, images, video, voice) is provided as a working aid, with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness or fitness for your purpose.
• Price, trend and market estimates rely on publicly available data; the real market may differ.
• We do not guarantee sales, reach or the success of any ad.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying everything you use or publish.

• Review and confirmation: Dropia does not create or run an ad without your review and confirmation; you confirm every change to the account.
• AI content is a suggestion: the text, headline, description, audience and other content suggested by AI is only a suggestion. You review it and, if needed, change it before launch; once you launch the ad, it is your ad.
• Ad content: you are responsible for the text, images, video, link, offer and product you advertise, and for making sure they comply with the law and the rules of Meta, TikTok and other platforms (including Meta's advertising policies, the rules on prohibited and restricted products and claims, and intellectual property rights).
• Meta bills the costs: the ad budget and costs on your Meta account are billed by Meta directly to you, not by Dropia. You are responsible for every budget you confirm and for monitoring spend; we do not pay, guarantee or cover those costs.
• Platform decisions: Meta or another platform may reject an ad, restrict an account or ban it (for example after a security check). That is between you and the platform.
• Limitation of liability: Dropia is not responsible for rejected ads, account restrictions or bans, budget spent, or the results of an ad (impressions, clicks, sales).

• Your content: you keep your rights in what you upload and grant us a limited permission to process it solely to provide the service.
• Generated content: to the extent the law allows and subject to these Terms, you may use results commercially. You are responsible for making sure a result does not infringe the rights of others.
• The platform: the design, code and marks of the service remain ours; you may not copy them without consent.

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit or data, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or mandatory consumer rights.

We may change, temporarily suspend or discontinue the service or parts of it, with reasonable notice where possible. Features that depend on third parties (AI, Meta, TikTok, payment) may be unavailable through no fault of ours.

You can delete your account at any time (Account > Delete account), as described on the Data deletion page. An active subscription must be cancelled first. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.

We may change the Terms. The new version is published on this page with a new date, and continued use after a change means acceptance. With your account we keep the date and version of the Terms you accepted.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court in the Republic of Serbia in accordance with the law. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights under the law of the country where you live.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement about use of the service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the others remain in force.
