Dropia.ai provides the following services:
- Product Analysis: upload a product image and AI identifies the product, estimates market prices, gives a trend score, and a complete ad strategy
- AI Copywriting: hooks, bullet descriptions, Facebook/Instagram ad variations — ready for copy-paste
- Market Research: saturation score, competitor overview, seasonality, and entry strategy
- AI Creative: automatic ad creative generation for Feed, Story, and Banner formats
- Photo Studio: AI-generated product photography and ad visuals
- Credit System: a credit-based system for accessing AI analysis resources; free users receive 15 credits monthly
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Credits and Billing
Dropia.ai uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when performing AI analyses and generating content.
- Free credits: 15 credits are provided monthly to free users, resetting every 30 days
- Paid credits/subscriptions: additional credits can be purchased; subscription plans provide expanded monthly credits
- Subscription renewal: subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Payment processing: all payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your payment card details
- Cancellation: you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

6. Acceptable Use Policy

- Generated content: subject to compliance with these Terms, you are granted rights to use AI-generated content produced through the Service, including for commercial purposes.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific purposes. Market data and AI-generated analysis are estimates and should not be used as the sole basis for business decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dropia.ai and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dropia.ai and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your uploaded content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and unused credits may be forfeited unless otherwise required by law. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
16. General Provisions
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dropia.ai regarding the use of our Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
